Demo Overview

The printing web tools package consists of 4 modules that enable your client the ability to contact your firm, request pricing, send you job files and track orders that are in your production flow. The modules have been designed to deliver a consistent, user friendly interface that even the less experienced web user can appreciate.

Module 1 is a simple contact form that can be customized to your specifications. The purpose of the form is to give your clients a fast reliable way to contact your organization. The simpler the better. Remember, you are making things easier for your client. The form can be configured to deliver the email to any address within your organization, or multiple addresses if necessary.
Module 2 is a printing quotation request form, that can be customized to your specifications. We suggest a form that allows both experienced and non-technical buyers the ability to express their specifications.
Module 3 allows your client to upload electronic files to your server space. You are notified by email upon successful upload and you download the files using a browser or FTP program. Say good bye to overnight delivery charges and missed deadlines due to shipping delays.
Module 4 is the job tracker. A system that allows you to update the progress of printing jobs from a browser. It also allows the customer the ability to login and view the status of their projects.
